Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

We4Max provides personalized self-improvement tasks, verifies their completion, and rewards progress with experience points (XP) and an in-app currency (wCoin). The Service is for personal, non-commercial use.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain rewards or evade restrictions is prohibited.
• Notify us at privacy@we4max.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated evidence of task completion.
• Manipulate, game, or attempt to exploit the task, verification, reward, or referral systems.
• Create multiple or fake accounts, or coordinate accounts to inflate rewards (including reviewing your own or an associate’s submissions).
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, hateful, sexual, or that violates anyone’s privacy or rights.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, reviewers, or staff.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security, verification, or fraud-prevention systems.

Tasks are designed to be lawful and constructive. You are solely responsible for the actions you take to complete a task and for the content you submit as evidence.

You retain ownership of the evidence and content you submit. You grant We4Max a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate, verify, secure, and improve the Service — including automated AI pre-screening (see our Privacy Policy).

Do not submit content containing other people’s personal information without their consent.

Completion of a task is not final until verified — automatically, by AI pre-screening, or by human review. We may reject a submission, request resubmission, or reverse an approval if we find an error, fraud, or a violation of these Terms. Verification decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.

• XP reflects status and progress only. It is never spent and has no monetary value.
• wCoin is a virtual, in-app currency with no monetary value. It is not money, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Service.
• wCoin is currently earned through use of the Service. We do not sell wCoin.
• We may adjust, withhold, or revoke XP or wCoin to correct errors or to respond to fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
• We may change reward amounts, shop items, and the rules of the reward system at any time. Rewards confer no ownership or vested right.

We operate automated and manual systems to detect fraud and abuse, which may use technical signals such as your IP address and a browser-computed device fingerprint (see our Privacy Policy). Where we detect risk, we may flag your account, place rewards on hold, restrict features, suspend, or terminate access. Some actions are automatic; serious actions involve human review.

The Service — including its software, design, text, and the "We4Max" and "wCoin" names and logos — is owned by We4Max and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or other contributions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or any obligation to you. Accepted contributions may earn wCoin at our discretion, but you are not entitled to compensation.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, Google sign-in). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or improvement from using the Service. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We4Max will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, rewards, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and any XP or wCoin is forfeited.

We may modify the Service or these Terms. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator’s place of establishment. The specific governing law and competent courts will be confirmed once We4Max completes its incorporation. Regardless, the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
